Letter Cut-outs

This project was requested by my highschool schoolmate, Janice.  These cupcakes were for her little bundle of joy Jeanna Ysabelle's dedication ceremony.  It was a simple project but I really enjoyed doing this one. The challenge I encountered for this order was transporting it in this weather.  It was so hot that I was worried the frosting will melt way. Thankfully they survived! Thank you Jhejha for entrusting this one to me! =)

Lilo and Stitch vs. Cars

I made this order for my w@wie sis Apple.  This was my first bulk order of cupcakes. It was for 100 pcs themed cupcakes.  Since I haven't mastered kneading fondant yet, I used non-edible sticker topper instead.  These cupcakes were for a double birthday celebration of her niece Mikai and her niece's cousin Athan.  For Mikai's cupcakes, I combined the images of Lilo, Stitch and Mikai for the non-edible sticker toppers.  For Athan's Cupcakes, it's a combination of his picture and the images of Lighting Mcqueen and Sally from the movie Cars. The cupcakes themselves are made from 3 different flavors, Chocolate, Banana and Chocolate Chip, all frosted with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting.

Daisies, Strawberries and Chocolate Chips

These are the three elements that I added to my cupcakes for this project.  This project was my gift to my eldest niece, Patricia Ivan Marie R. Bitana, who just turned 11 years old.  I was also suppose to make tiara decorations out of royal icing or fondant but I ran out of time since there was an order of 100 pcs of decorated cupcakes on the same day that my niece is having her birthday party.  The daisies and the numbers were made the day before the party and I didn't know it would look so great once it dries up.   I would definitely use these type of daisies again in my future designs. =)

Flower Theme Cupcakes

These cupcakes were orders from a friend and business partner Kristell Acorda-Dizon.  They're for the party in celebration of her niece's christening.  She just wanted a simple design chocolate cupcakes.  I just topped it with royal icing flower that we bought from Cooks Exchange.  After doing this order, I became more convinced that I can push through with this baking business. Thanks to Sis Kristel for trusting me with this order! =)

Transformers Cupcakes

This was my first ever cupcake project i've done as gift for my godson Christian Yobhel Aquino's 11th Birthday.  This was also my first time to work with fondant so I was really worried.  I chose the Autobots and Decepticons logo because of the simplicity in the color. I didn't realize that it was quite complicated to cut the pieces since I have no cookie cutter for this design.  Under the fondant design is a chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting.  I guess it turned out great because my choir friends and my godson loved them.
